After
you have enrolled, if you have questions relating
to the course material, a licensed real estate
instructor will be available for questions Monday
through Friday between 9:00 A.M. EST and 5:00
P.M. EST.
We
encourage students to e-mail the instructor with
questions regarding the On-Line course at instructors@cookeschool.com.
With an e-mail to the instructor, the student
will have a written document of the response.
For questions
by e-mail, there is a 24 Hour response time Monday
through Friday, E-mails over Saturday, Sunday

- Every applicant for the original
salesperson license shall.
- Show proof of successfully
completion of an approved forty-eight (48) hour
course of study known as "Salesperson Pre-license
Examination Course" prior to the date of
examination and no more than six (6) months
prior to the postmark date applied by the postal
service or hand delivery date of the license
application to the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
- During this 6-month timeframe, the student must complete a 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course and take and pass the salesperson licensing exam. The pre-examination course must be completed before taking the MREP. Testing Agency or call AMP(1-800-345-6559) to schedule the
State Exam. The State Exam fee is $55
and the necessary passing score is 75%.
- Upon successfully passing the
Pre-License State Exam at an AMP exam center,
AMP will issue you an application for licensure.
Complete the application and mail the application
along with the AMP exam report, the Certificate
of Completion from Cooke Real Estate School
for the two courses and $95 to:

- Please NOTE: Students
must take the State Exam and submit their application
to the Missouri Real Estate Commission within
six (6) months of successfully completing the
course.

this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.
- The student has one year to
complete the program.
- This On-Line course does INCLUDE

at the Cooke
Bookstore.
- The final exam within the course consists of 50 multiple choice questions and must be passed with a minimum score of 75%. This course also includes supplemental texts as shown above.
- If the student fails the On-Line
end of course exam, the student take the course
again and pay the full tuition fee again.
- At the time of registration
for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the
student will receive an e-mail from verifying their registration.
Within 24 hours of registering, the student
will also receive an e-mail from the instructor,
so the student will have an instructor contact
during the course.
- Every On-Line student must
print and fax the statement of compliance affirming the student's identity form located in the required forms that the end of the course. agree to the following affidavit: "I certify
that I personally completed all assignments
and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course
examination." This certification affidavit
is incorporated into the course under 'Instructions
for the Final Exam'. The student must select
'yes' and click "enter" to take the
final exam.
- Upon completing
the course and faxing the required form to 866-280-5948, the staff will mail the completion
certificate to the student and notify the state within 10 days.
