CONTINUING
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR REAL ESTATE
LICENSEES IN MISSOURI:
Each real estate licensee
who holds an active license shall
complete during the two (2) year license
period prior to renewal a minimum
of twelve (12) hours of real estate
instruction. At least
three (3) hours of approved instruction
shall be a core course in any of the
following areas:

and ADA by approaching all consumers
in the same manner regardless of race,
color, religion, sex, handicap, familial
