CONTINUING
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR REAL ESTATE
LICENSEES IN MISSOURI:
Each real estate licensee
who holds an active license shall
complete during the two (2) year license
period prior to renewal a minimum
of twelve (12) hours of real estate
instruction. At least
three (3) hours of approved instruction
shall be a core course in any of the
following areas:

This course will take a look at Missouri law, the various relationships and the requirements for those relationships. The student will also acquire a better understanding of broker relationship disclosures.

The
goal of this course is to enable participants
to comply with the fair housing laws
and ADA by approaching all consumers
in the same manner regardless of race,
color, religion, sex, handicap, familial
status or national origin. History
of Fair Housing in the USA.
The seven protected classes, exemptions
from the fair housing laws, fair housing
violations and applications of fair
housing exemptions, the difference
between legal and illegal advertising
under the fair housing law, the
penalties of violation of the fair
housing laws. The Americans
