Continuing Education Requirements for Real Estate Licensees in Missouri:   Each real estate licensee who holds an active license shall complete during the two (2) year license period prior to renewal a minimum of twelve (12) hours of real estate instruction.   At least three (3) hours of approved instruction shall be a core course in any of the following areas:

• Missouri Law
• Broker Supervision and escrow management
• Property Management
• Commercial Brokerage
• Agency and brokerage relationship (Representative Options in the state of Missouri)

Please NOTE: A Student Affidavit must be completed and forwarded to the School upon completing the course before the Certificate of Completion can be forwarded to the student.  The Certificate-of-Completion must be sent in with the renewal.
