CONTINUING
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR REAL ESTATE
LICENSEES IN MISSOURI:
Each real estate licensee
who holds an active license shall
complete during the two (2) year license
period prior to renewal a minimum
of twelve (12) hours of real estate
instruction. At least
three (3) hours of approved instruction
shall be a core course in any of the
following areas:
- Missouri Law
- Broker Supervision
and escrow management
- Fair Housing (see
below)
- Property Management
- Commercial Brokerage
- Agency and brokerage
relationship
Please NOTE: When you finish your continuing education course, your Certificate-of-Completion must be sent in with the renewal. |

and ADA by approaching all consumers
in the same manner regardless of race,
color, religion, sex, handicap, familial
status or national origin. History
of Fair Housing in the USA.
The seven protected classes, exemptions
from the fair housing laws, fair housing
violations and applications of fair
housing exemptions, the difference
between legal and illegal advertising
under the fair housing law, the
penalties of violation of the fair
